Photo & video set — where every client works with me
This is a fully functional residential-style filming environment — two bedrooms, an office, an updated bathroom and kitchen, and flexible prop options — not a generic white box. It is the space I use with all of my clients for stills and motion. Larger productions or dedicated location bookings can be explored by inquiry when schedules and scope align.
The space
The layout reads as a real home: separate sleeping rooms, a dedicated office for interviews or desk scenes, and a full kitchen for food, beverage, and lifestyle work. The bathroom is updated. A stream on the property adds natural sound and options for exterior or transitional shots when the story calls for it.
Kitchen wares, decor, and sourcing support are available — I work hand in hand with a vintage seller who sources for me directly; his inventory is photographed here, so the set and the prop pipeline stay cohesive.
I also grow fresh-cut flowers on site through a partnership with Ritualmaker Flowers— ideal when you want seasonal stems, still life, or tabletop work with a short path from garden to set.
I can personally help produce: planning, research, and coordination with my contacts so your shoot stays focused and on schedule.
The same environment supports narrative and commercial work — including feature-length productions when schedules and logistics align.

Questions
- Is this only a rental studio?
- No. It is the primary set where I photograph and film work for my clients — product, lifestyle, branding, and more. Select larger productions or location-style bookings can be discussed separately when the fit is right.
- Do you share the exact street address publicly?
- Location details are shared when we are in active conversation about a project or scout, so we can plan parking, load-in, and crew needs appropriately.
- What’s nearby for out-of-town crews?
- The studio is in East Fishkill, NY — about a quarter mile from the Taconic State Parkway, a short drive from I-84, with hotels and dining in Fishkill, Beacon, and across the Hudson Valley.
- Can you help with props, food styling, or set dressing?
- Yes. The space includes kitchen wares and decor, and I work with a trusted network — including a vintage partner who sources directly — to support what the shoot needs.
